Return & Refund Policy Last updated: June 2025 At The Modern Gentleman, every candle is hand-poured to order. We take quality seriously and stand behind every product we sell. Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at themoderngentlemanlimited@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and email us at themoderngentlemanlimited@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Pre-Orders Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, please contact us and we will issue a full refund. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, our standard return policy applies. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have been lit or used are not eligible for return.
