General The Modern Gentleman is a New Zealand-based brand selling hand-poured candles and lifestyle accessories. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. 2. Products All candles are hand-poured to order in small batches. Minor variations in appearance, colour, and scent throw are inherent to the handmade process and do not constitute defects. Product images are representative. Actual product may vary slightly due to the artisan nature of production. 3. Pre-Orders Where products are listed as pre-orders, payment is collected at the time of purchase. Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but may be subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. 4. Pricing All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order will be honoured. 5. Payment We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details. 6. Shipping We ship within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, The Modern Gentleman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. 8.
