Shipping Policy Last updated: June 2025 Processing Time All candles are hand-poured to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. Pre-order items will be dispatched on or before the estimated date listed on the product page. Domestic Shipping (New Zealand) Standard shipping: 2–5 business days Tracked shipping: 1–3 business days Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. International Shipping We ship to Australia and selected international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your shipping rate and are collected by your local customs authority. Tracking Tracked orders will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. Standard untracked orders do not include tracking updates. Lost or Delayed Parcels We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks or customs.
